The outgoing Provincial Council – Joan Pender (Provincial), Esmey Herscovitch, Kathleen Muirhead and Susan Ross – gave thanks for the loving support they received from members of the province during a challenging six years in office. They said, “We have endeavored to do our very best aware of our limitations. Thank you for your understanding during the more difficult moments. We were so often uplifted by your kind words of support along the way.”

All gathered joined in thanksgiving and blessing for the incoming Provincial Council – Lynette Toohey (Provincial), Diana Hayes and Kathleen Muirhead – praying:
“They have generously accepted the challenge of guiding our two country province throughout the next three years and we give grateful thanks to each one. May they be blessed with courage, strength and support as they begin this new chapter in the life of our Province.”
