To read the signs of the times is to discern God’s call to us through the people, places and events of our world. Members of the Society of the Sacred Heart do this individually, and we do it collectively in our communities, and in our Provinces. Calls to the whole Society are discerned at General Chapters.
– how does the call to reach new frontiers, discerned at General Chapter 2016 draw our attention to the future?
– are we sometimes so preoccupied with the future that we do not pay adequate attention to the present?
